These easy cherry pie cookies are the perfect way to celebrate the season and are also impressively delicious. Check out how easy it is to make simple and tasty cookies at home in a matter of minutes.

Ingredients

1 pkg pie crust dough
1 can cherry pie filling
Reynolds Kitchens® Unbleached Parchment Paper (or Reynolds Kitchens® Parchment Paper with SmartGrid®)

Directions

Step 1

PREHEAT oven to 350°F.

Step 2

ROLL out pie crust dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Use circular cookie cutter or top of glass to cut dough into circles.

Step 3

TOP with 1 to 2 spoonful of cherry pie filling. Layer with additional, cut pieces of dough to make your favourite design.

Step 4

PLACE cookies 2 inches apart on cookie sheets lined with Reynolds Kitchens® Unbleached Parchment Paper.

Step 5

BAKE at 350°F until lightly browned on bottom and cooked through, about 20 to 25 minutes.
