1 pkg pie crust dough
1 can cherry pie filling
Reynolds Kitchens® Unbleached Parchment Paper (or Reynolds Kitchens® Parchment Paper with SmartGrid®)
Step 1PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
Step 2ROLL out pie crust dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Use circular cookie cutter or top of glass to cut dough into circles.
Step 3TOP with 1 to 2 spoonful of cherry pie filling. Layer with additional, cut pieces of dough to make your favourite design.
Step 4PLACE cookies 2 inches apart on cookie sheets lined with Reynolds Kitchens® Unbleached Parchment Paper.
Step 5BAKE at 350°F until lightly browned on bottom and cooked through, about 20 to 25 minutes.
